PC system maintenance
program for Windows
The program is made for setting up and
changing system parameters for SB-80,
S-72 and SO-72 exchanges.
The program requires one free comport
and an OPTO interface card in order to
communicate with the exchange.
The PC system maintenance program
for Windows will provide maintenance
of the following parameters:
l Setup of dialling numbers for
intercom stations (Floating numbers)
l Setup of line-related parameters such
as station type (Class-of-Service bits)
l Setup of Group call numbers
l Setup of control desk groups *)
l Setup of direct call for type and
numbers
l Setup of tieline connections *)
l Setup of function display texts
l Setup of executive/secretary pairs
l System initialization *)
l Set date and time in exchange *)
l Setup of nodes and system para-
meters
l Send and receive exchange data test
l Setup and communication
between PC and exchange
l Setup of call restrictions *)
l Setup of transfer and group hunt *)
l Clear of system tables
l Save and retrieve of all data in one
Sysmain database
l Print of pre-defined reports
l Setup of pre-defined conference
groups in M100 SB-80

Machine Requirements
l PC 486 with a minimum of 8 Mb
memory
l Windows V.3.11 or higher
l 1.44 Mb floppy disk drive (A-drive)
l Hard disk (C-drive), min. 6 Mb avail-
able space
l The PC must have a free serial port
(COM-port)
M100 S and M100 SO (ODIN) use a
special protocol based on the Xmodem
protocol for communication between
configuration PC and exchange.
The program will search for work files
on loading the program. Initially the
work files are empty.
Changes in the tables are updated in the
work files automatically, i.e. you may
leave the program without saving.
When loading the program it will read
the data from the work files you were
working on last.
The window shown below is the main
window with pull-down menues.
Information on selected node and mod-
ule test button for communication and
a status bar with time and date and
dynamic information field is shown.
The example shows a selected number
list table. A help file will guide you
through the program.
